Shipping & Returns
How does shipping work?
It’s pretty standard: once you place your order, we normally process it and ship it out by the end of the next business day at the latest.
Our warehouse is in California so shipping times may vary. If you choose our standard domestic shipping, your order will come via USPS First Class, which typically arrives anywhere from the next day (if you live in California or certain other parts of the West Coast) to 3-4 business days later (for the East Coast). We also offer other domestic shipping options via Fedex for a fee (e.g. Overnight, 2-Day, etc) for customers who prefer that. For international customers, we offer either USPS First Class International or DHL Worldwide. One important note for international customers: the shipping cost when you check out on our website only covers transportation. *If* any customs / duties / taxes etc are applicable where you live, those will be applied separately by the customs office in your country. We are unable to calculate those in advance due to each country's import policies.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number -- please check your spam filter settings if you haven’t received it within 2 business days of placing your order, since sometimes these emails can be accidentally sent to spam email folders.
How do returns work?
We have a great 2-year warranty that covers malfunctions / defects / etc. We also have a 90-day return period during which you may return an unopened kGoal product (still in the sealed packaging) for a full refund.
To initiate a warranty claim or return, shoot us an email at email@example.com and we should get back to you by the end of the next business day at the latest.
For warranty claims, we will pay return shipping for the defective product and send you a product replacement ASAP.
For returns of unopened products, the customer is responsible for shipping cost and as soon as we receive the return, we will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Due to the very personal nature of the product, we generally do not accept returns of opened products. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please email us in this case at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide more specific feedback for your situation.
