We offer two products to help women do more consistent Kegels: kGoal Classic and Boost.
Both products detect your Kegels in real time and connect with our smartphone app to provide visual feedback, guided workouts, games, and progress tracking as you exercise.
The biggest difference between kGoal Classic and Boost is that Classic is an intravaginal device. This means that it senses Kegels from inside the vagina. In contrast, Boost measures your Kegels from outside your body, through your clothes (as you sit on it).

kGoal Classic vs. kGoal IntimFlex
kGoal IntimFlex is a special version of kGoal Classic that was designed to be used with the LiBDO intimate fitness program
developed by our partner Irina Pivtsaikina. It comes with a 6 month free trial of kGoal+ (our app's premium features), which enables you to measure and
review exercise data even when you are not looking at the app (for example if you are doing one of the online LiBDO workout classes).
